Easy Returns Steps

Wakefit believes that no customer should be in a position to purchase a product only to realize it wasn’t as per their expectations. Wakefit’s No Questions Asked policy gives customers the freedom to return or replace the product without any hassle. The No Questions Asked policy gives Wakefit customers an option to return or replace a product purchased, for any reason within the specified period of time. We only ask our customers to try the product and preserve the product in its original condition along with the tags, warranty card and packaging for the period of No Questions Asked policy applicable.

The science behind deep sleep

In order to raise a return or replacement request, please go to your order page, select the product and raise the request post selecting the reason for return/replacement (your feedback helps motivate us to innovate our products and make them better). Post that, please keep the product ready and Wakefit will arrange a free of cost pickup service within the specified time period.

Please note that Wakefit’s pick up agent may do a product quality check on the returned item during pickup. The product will also undergo a quality check at our warehouse. Once the quality check is approved we initiate the process of refund (in case of return). In case of replacement, the product will be picked up first and only then the new product will be delivered. However all replacements are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

It may also be noted that if the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
