PAYMENT & SHIPPING

When will my Wakefit mattress order ship?

We process and ship within 3 business days of your order


If your order was completed after 11 AM IST, it will begin processing the following business day. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped. Please note that if you have purchased more than one product, they might be shipped separately and may not arrive on the same day

How long will it take for my mattress to arrive?

We use the best logistics service available at your location to ship your order. It usually takes 2-3 business days to craft your mattress and ship it. In addition, the transit time will vary depending on where you live. Typically you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days

Why is my order status not being updated?

We do not update the order status until your mattress has shipped. Once your mattress has shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details. If more than a week has passed, please send us an email at support@wakefit.co or let us know by phone at +91 91084 60014 so we can assist you further

Can I request custom instructions for delivery?

While we're unable to schedule a specific time for delivery, we'd love to help you with custom delivery instructions as best as we can. Just let us know after you place your order, and we will work with our courier partner to try to arrange this once your mattress has shipped

Can you expedite shipping? Do you have expedited shipping options?

As we ship your Wakefit mattress via our courier partner, we can expedite your shipping. However, it will cost you higher than the normal cost. Just let us know at the time of placing the order. Typically you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free! :)

How to proceed if I receive a damaged product?

No need to worry about it. Email us at support@wakefit.co or call us and we’ll arrange to have it picked up and also to send you a new mattress

I received the product in folded state? Should I reach out for a replacement ? 

Nothing to worry. Unless you see any damage to the mattress, it is absolutely fine to fold the mattress and keep it as is, even for a week

RETURNS

What is the return policy?

Your new Wakefit mattress comes with a 100-day risk free trial. Remember, a new mattress will support you better than your old one so it's normal to experience some small aches and pains as your body adjusts to getting proper support. We require you give your body a minimum of 30 days to adjust to your new mattress. If you continue to have issues, email us at support@wakefit.co within the trial period and we'll arrange to have it picked up

How does the refund process occur?

Refunds will be made to the customer bank account details provided on official mail ID support@wakefit.co , within 5 working days of receiving the refund request

What is the duration for placing the return request?

If the return request is placed within the 100-day trial, the full amount will be refunded. If it is a problem after the trial period, please see our FAQs under warranty section

Do I have to pay anything to return my mattress?

Returns are always free of charge, using our return methods

What documents should I keep handy?

The invoice copy should be kept ready and handed over to the logistics person who comes to pick up the mattress

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact us at support@wakefit.co if there is a discrepancy and we will be happy to rectify the same

How much of the payment is refunded on return in trial period?

100% of the money is refunded if it is within the 100-day trial period, and if the mattress is not damaged, stained or torn

My trial period has ended. Can I still return the product?

Post the trial period, the product can be returned only if it meets any of the warranty claim guidelines given in the FAQ 

How long does the return process take ?

We will contact you within 24-48 hours to complete the return process. Refunds will be made to the customer bank account details provided on our official mail ID support@wakefit.co , within 5 working days of receiving the refund request

My mode of payment was COD. How will I get the refund? 

You can send us the bank account details on our official mail ID support@wakefit.co . Refund will be processed within 5 working days to that account

My card is no longer active. How will I get the refund?

You can send us the bank account details on our official mail ID support@wakefit.co . Refund will be processed within 5 working days to that account 

What happens to the returned mattress?

Don't worry, we do not resell them. You will always receive freshly made brand new mattress. The returned mattresses are disposed or donated
