Payment, Returns & Refunds


Payment & Shipping

We process and ship within 3 business days of your order

If your order was completed after 11 AM IST, it will begin processing the following business day. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped. Please note that if you have purchased more than one product, they might be shipped separately and may not arrive on the same day

Returns

Your new Wakefit mattress comes with a 100-day risk free trial. Remember, a new mattress will support you better than your old one so it's normal to experience some small aches and pains as your body adjusts to getting proper support. We require you give your body a minimum of 30 days to adjust to your new mattress. If you continue to have issues, email us at support@wakefit.co within the trial period and we'll arrange to have it picked up

Refunds will be made to the customer bank account details provided on official mail ID support@wakefit.co , within 5 working days of receiving the refund request

If the return request is placed within the 100-day trial, the full amount will be refunded. If it is a problem after the trial period, please see our FAQs under warranty section

Returns are always free of charge, using our return methods

The invoice copy should be kept ready and handed over to the logistics person who comes to pick up the mattress

Contact us at support@wakefit.co if there is a discrepancy and we will be happy to rectify the same

100% of the money is refunded if it is within the 100-day trial period, and if the mattress is not damaged, stained or torn

Post the trial period, the product can be returned only if it meets any of the warranty claim guidelines given in the FAQ

Don't worry, we do not resell them. You will always receive freshly made brand new mattress. The returned mattresses are disposed or donated
