This is a replacement order... earlier i ordered 75x60 6 inch mattress but size was small and thickness was 5 inch. They replaced the mattress with 6 inch thickness 75x60 size. Still it didnt fit perfectly, later again i measured the bed and 78x60 was the perfect size so had to replace for the second time. Customer service was really good... when you raise a ticket a customer service agent will be following up and helped to raise replacement request. Everytime they delivered the product within 24hrs. Finally the desired size was replaced and i am happy with the comfort and size of the mattress and their customer service.

White Color Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress was home delivered neatly & in excellent condition by Wakefit company. I've had no problems, it came in a box in a suction bag, it was heavy but it was easy enough to roll out on the bed and then expand. My body had to get used to it for the initial couple of weeks. Am 60 years running but to my joy I discovered soon my sore back and neck are hardly troubling me everday morning. Damn it & OMG this mattress is so cool & comfortable, I've had it about a few of months now and it's simply super comfortable. No springs have attacked me. I'm lying in it right as I write this review because I really don't leave it but relive every spare moment lying on it. Value for money in this price range compared to all leading competitors & you can go for it. Any complaints are promptly attended.

9/10 for product- Initially I am feeling bit backache but mattress is a perfect medium firm 10/10 for the service- I order a custom fit mattress but when it arrived it was a inch bigger in size. It was replaced without any question by Wakefit and they also refunded the difference amount. Amazing service. For buyers - please buy a inch less from the original size of bed (for ex if your bed size inner size is 73*79 like it was in mine case, 72*78 is the perfect fit

Wohhha!! Got the delivery of my sofa within 24 hours after placing the order. I was quite sceptical about the delivery timelines but wakefit did exceptional work here. Quality of sofa is top notch. Build seems to be quite good. Comfort of sofa is also fine. Price wise wakefit was the cheapest. We checked in offline stores and their prices were much higher. Great work wakefit team. I would have given more stars than 5 :)
