What position should we place the bed in, in the bedroom?

For enhancing the lifespan of the bed, we suggest placing the headboard against a wall, away from the sunlight. This will ensure that the colour does not fade and the wall will give some support to the headboard.

Is the MDF coated or painted on the top and/or bottom?

Accepted Answer

No, the MDF that we use is not coated with anything, and hence needs to be protected from exposure to moisture and/or spillage. The MDF, however, is termite- and borer-proof, so longevity will be guaranteed.

Is the product customizable?

No, the product is not customizable. The available sizes are king (78x72) and queen (78x60) sizes.

Does this come assembled?

No, it does not come assembled. A carpenter will be sent to your home at the time of delivery, who will assemble the product free of charge for you.

Can we repaint the cot?

Yes you can, but if you do so, the warranty of the bed will be null and void.

What is the expected lifespan of the cot?

The life of a particle board bed is, on an average, around 5 years or more, depending upon the usage. Make sure you follow the care instructions to ensure product life.

It can resist spills but long exposure to moisture should be avoided at all costs
