Your Wakefit products have been designed with utmost care and patience. We know that our products will offer you the best experience, but in case you do need assistance, we’ve got your back! Wakefit Orthopedic Memory Foam Mattress

Wakefit Orthopedic Memory Foam mattresses carry a 10 years limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers and handles, if present) where Wakefit will repair or replace your mattress, at Wakefit's discretion.

Wakefit limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:

  • Mattress shrinkage, deformity or sagging of more than one (1) inch
  • Undulations on the mattress surface or splits in the foam material

The warranty does NOT cover the items such as, but not limited to:

  • Normal softening / sagging that is less than one (1) inch
  • Damage of mattress due to misuse and abuse
  • Fabric and foam staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns
  • Use of mattress on a bed base that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress
  • Mattress cover, if any
  • Zipper on the mattress, if any
  • Unauthorized service during the warranty period

Steps for warranty claim handling:

  • Submit proof of problem to Wakefit along with invoice and warranty card copy
  • Wakefit will have a confirmation call and arrange for pick up from your location at no cost to you
  • Wakefit to inspect the received product & confirm on claim status
  • Wakefit to repair mattress or provide replacement if repair not possible
  • Wakefit will ship the mattress back free of cost

Other terms:

  • Only the customer who originally bought the mattress and has the invoice in his/her name is eligible for the warranty claim
  • Specifically for memory foam mattresses, normal change in softness and recovery time occurs over a period of time. This does not affect the pressure relieving qualities of these mattresses
  • Mattresses kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of workers, Wakefit may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim
  • Wakefit's highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the mattress as shown in the original invoice

Wakefit Dual Comfort Mattress

Wakefit Dual Comfort mattresses carry a 3 years limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers and handles, if present) where Wakefit will repair or replace your mattress, at Wakefit's discretion.

Wakefit limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:

  • Mattress shrinkage, deformity or sagging of more than one (1) inch

Wakefit Sleeping Pillow

Your Wakefit Sleeping Pillow comes with a six (6) month warranty.

To avail the warranty:

  • Retain the warranty card, brand tags on the pillow and the purchase invoice.

Wakefit limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:

  • Hollow fibre fill

The warranty does NOT cover the items such as, but not limited to:

  • Flattening of the pillow over time. The Sleeping Pillow is expected to lose 20% of its height over 6 months and 30% of its height over a period of 1 year. This is NOT a manufacturing defect.
  • Outer cover
  • Zipper, if any

Maintenance:

  • In case of flattening, you can fluff up the pillow by hand. To clean, you can give the pillow a light machine wash. Stitching damages arising from rough washes are NOT included in the warranty.

Wakefit Mattress Protector

Your Wakefit protector comes with a 30 wash cycle warranty.

To avail the warranty:

  • Retain the warranty card, brand tags on the protector and the purchase invoice

Wakefit limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:

  • Water resistant sleep surface, fabric and elastic

The warranty does NOT cover the items such as, but not limited to:

  • Stitching, if any

Wakefit Back Support Cushion

Your Wakefit back support cushion comes with (1) one year warranty.

To avail the warranty, please retain:

  • The warranty card, the brand tags on the cushion and the purchase invoice that came along with the cushion.

Wakefit limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:

  • Moulded memory foam

The warranty does NOT cover the items such as, but not limited to:

  • Outer cover
  • Zipper, if any.

Wakefit Neck Pillow

Your Wakefit neck pillow comes with (1) one year warranty.

To avail the warranty, please retain:

  • The warranty card, the brand tags on the cushion and the purchase invoice that came along with the pillow.

Wakefit limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:

  • Moulded memory foam

The warranty does NOT cover the items such as, but not limited to:

  • Outer cover
  • Stitching, if any.

Wakefit Sheesham Wood Bed

Your Wakefit Sheesham Wood Bed comes with a (3) three year warranty.

To avail the warranty, please retain:

  • At the time of delivery, examine the bed frame carefully for damaged parts. If any part of the bed frame arrives damaged, please notify us within (3) three days of the receipt of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
  • Please reach out to us on support@wakefit.co to report damaged items upon delivery.
  • We reserve the right to request for images or videos of such damage.
  • If the physical damage is not reported within (3) days of receipt of delivery, claims of damage will not be considered valid.

Wakefit limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defect.

The warranty does NOT cover the following:

  • Any physical damage reported (3) three days of receipt of delivery.
