Is the return policy available for the beds online?

No, we do not have a return policy for beds at the moment. However, for products received with damage or any manufacturing defect, we offer a 10 days replacement.

What is the ideal mattress size for the King size bed?

We recommend you use a mattress size of 78x72 inches.

Does the colour of the wood fade?

No, it does not. But we recommend that you do not place it directly under sunlight.

Are the mattress and accessories displayed in the picture part of the bed?

Mattress and accessories displayed in the picture are not included. They are for representation only.

How does one access the storage?

Once the mattress is removed, the PLY support boards can be easily lifted with the holes given and replaced just as easily.

Can we use this bed outside?

No, it is for indoor purposes only.

Solid wood is long lasting and resistant to termites and natural decay. We provide a 3 year warranty for this product.
