Good quality pan but with a design flaw
The paniyaram pan is good, sturdy and is made solidly. The only issue I have is that the base doesn't have a flat surface because of which it sits a bit wonky on the gas stove causing the heating to be a bit uneven. It's a design flaw for which I need to find a separate base for this to accommodate it on my stove.
