You can mount the TV on the wall and use the TV unit to keep a set-top box, remote, speakers, and DVD players.

Do we have an option to add a drawer at the time of placing the order?

The Allie series comes with multiple drawer and cabinet specifications, and you may select as per your need. However, additional drawers cannot be added from beyond the current designs.
